99%

99% means a lot to me especially when it comes to downloading some for like for example song or even some video. It supposed that 99% was the moment that most waiting for due to the waiting for the file it going to be completed. Or in the other hand 99% could possible be the moment that we most hated when the transfer rate had been stop at the moment of 99%.

In the other way round 99% could be represent someone ways of life. Take for example how sincere are you when u trying to did something for someone in the some event. Are you 100% sincere? Or 99% sincere or 99% not sincere??

All this is depends on human thinking on how are we going to determine ourselves.
