It had been like this for few days.
TM Group please did something on this matter.Nobody aspect paying for the slow connection speed.

Yea true, I'm having this problem lately, not only me... my friends and even my office line!
Really feth up with it! Imagine a download speed of 92 BYTES per second... and it's BYTES! Not KB! WTH!!! Streamyx sux to the max I would say.
In my mind, I think they are trying to slow down the connection and let us get used to it then they come out with a new plan called 4MB or 10MB plan by end of this year and let us change package for the faster one. What will happen is that we're changing from this Fking slow connection back to our old 1MB or 2MB line. Streamyx CHEATERS!!!!
Walau where can like that wan. Maybe should consider to switch to P1 already. Hope to get the coverage soon at my living area
